Information about a trip by bus in chengde

hi good morning ; i would like to know where i take a bus to go to chengde ... and also if there is a lot of bus to chengde !
we intend to pass one night there and return to beijing in the another day is better to buy the tickets before we get to beijing or i can buy there ?

Many buses are available from Sihui Bus Station or Liuliqiao Bus Station to Chengde. It is unnecessary to book the tickets in advance. Just show up and buy ticket in the station. It takes 3-4h. One day trip is doable.
