About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We are comming from USA to Shanghai for 3 days, then going to Hong Kong for one day,

after that flying to Beijing and staying for 3 days and returning back to USA. Please let me know if we’ll qualify for 144 hours visa-free stay.
