i plan to go to the Giant Panda Sanctuary in the morning and followed by a bus trip to Jinsha from there.thank you

The closest stop should be Jinli Street (Wuhou Temple), which is about 3.5km away form your hotel. Take the direct sightseeing bus to Panda Base. However, the Jinsha Site bus trip is not avaialble now. After seeing the pandas, you may take a taxi to reach directly and it costs CNY50-60.
