About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am traveling through Guangzhou and planning to visit Hong Kong thru train,

and fly back from Guangzhou to Nepal. Can I get additional 72hrs visa when I come back from Hong Kong to Guangzhou?

No, you need a double or multiple entry visa.
