Traveling from US to multiple cities in Asia in 2 weeks but starting in Shanghai and ending in HK

Will we be able to use the 144hr Visa Exemption? We're leaving from Denver to Shanghai(PVG) staying 4 nights -> Ho Chi Minh(SGN) staying 3 nights -> Singapore(SIN) staying 3 nights -> Hong Kong staying 4 nights -> Denver. Will these plans work with the 144hr exemption?
Thank you
