About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

I have a stopover in Guangzho from May 5-8 2018.

Our arrival on May 5 is at 5AM and leaving on May 8 2018 2140. I have been contacted by my agent that CZ has changed my flight and will fly instead on May 9 2018 departure time is 2140. May I know if I am still covered with the 72 hrs. free visa or not. What should I do

That puts you over the 72 hours. You have several options. You can accept the change and get a visa. Or you can get a refund of the ticket. Or you can find another comparable flight and ask the airline to rebook you onto that.
