Can you use several 72/144 hours visa when combining with Hong Kong

I am considering to fly from Amsterdam to Shanghai (3 nights), Hongkong (2 nights), Beijing (4 nights) and return to Amsterdam.
Am I correct that we can visit free Shanghai and BJ thanks to the stop in between in Hong Kong?
