About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm a Jamaican citizen holding a Jamaican passport with US & Japan Visas.

Good day,

I wish to travel from the United States to Japan, transit through Beijing will be approximately 10hrs. Will I be eligible for a 24-hour TWOV?
