i am nepali citizen and permanent us resident.

I am traveling to nepal via china(guangzhou).Layover time is 3 hours in Guangzhou.do i need transit visa for that three hours period of time?

Oh, the visa is not needed, as you are qualified for the 24h visa-free transit there.
