About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I am a New Zealand citizen on holiday in Peru.

I am flying back home to NZ with lay-overs of less than 24hrs in the United States and China. Can you please advise me as to whether I need to apply for a transit visa for China or do I need to have anything printed off as evidence, other than my tickets to NZ, to produce at the airport? Thank you.

Rowena, may I know which city you will transit in China? If the city has free transit policy, then you don’t need to apply for a transit G type, You can just provide your passport and valid tickets.
