Shipping 20kg to Malaysia

1) What is the shipping rate by surface mail from China to Malaysia? I read the postage rates on your website here https://www.travelchinaguide.com/essential/postal-service/rate.htm but the ones on the China Post website seem to have a standard rate to all countries for M bag - CNY100 for first 5kg and CNY20 for subsequent 1 kg. There seem to be no option to choose destination on the China Post website so I assumed its standard for all countries. Are the rates shown on your website up to date?
2) If I were to call China Post to collect the items to be shipped, how much will they charge for the pickup service?
