RENEWING MY CHINESE PASSPORT

Is there a form to be filled in before visiting the Consulate. If so can I download it, and where will I find the form?

Marlene, you need to make an appointment before going to the consulate to renew your passport. You can find the appointment link at the official website of the consulate general of China in Sydney.
