About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I need to go to china to language courses.its deadline to register is in march 05 .2018

but i want to go in january.i wonder if its possible to ask for visa this earlier.ill aply for x2 vise and course duration is 4 month.i want from 21.01 till 21.07
