It takes 80-90min to take subway to Main Railway Station, and 90-100min to East Railway Station. Personally, it can be the best way. Although you need to transfer for twice, the exchanges can be finished in the station, and the guiding signs and broadcasting can both in Chinese and English for your convenience. Anyway, the alternatives are to take airport shuttle bus. To main statioin, take the Long-distance Bus Station line and walk there in 10min after getting off. And there is a direct linee for the east railway station and it takes 100-110min.

there is an intercity train that runs from the airport to the east station takes about 20 minutes. runs every hour or so, tickets can be bought beforehand or you can buy at the airport
