About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

A bit confused about the day I have to leave.

So I got a tourist visa for one month and I entered mainland China on the 22th of December, is it alright if I leave on the 22th of January or do I have to leave on the 21th?

Kind regards
Jan
