Do I have to apply transit visa?

I will arriving ar Guangzhou international airport on 11 Jun 2018 at 2210 Hrs from Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and my next flight to NYC is on 12 Jun 2018 at 0140 Hrs.

Hamzi, if you hold Malaysia passport, you need to apply for a transit G type for that.
