What is the best way to get Tongli from Suzhou? Bus or train? Is it faster the train?

I think metro is the best way. You can take metro line 4 to Tongli and then change to a shuttle bus to the ancient town.1

Yes, it is very convenient. The buses depart from about 06:20 to 21:40 and the interval is about 15 minutes.0
