About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I am currently working in Beijing. Am I eligible to invite my spouse to live with me here in China?

I am from Tajikistan. Currently working in Beijing, can I invite my spouse to live with me here at least for 6 months? If yes, what kind of documents do we need to prepare for it?

Yes, you can invite your spouse. Your spouse needs to prepare passport and its copy, a fully completed application form, a passport-style photo, 2 passport-style photos, an invitation letter from you and copies of your passport and residence permit, and an invitation letter from your company, as well as your marriage certificate.
