Same Day Pick Up

Hello!

In some reviews I have read it stated that same day pick up is no longer available at the Chinese Consulate in LA? Is this true? On their website it says that they do offer a same day turnaround? I do not mind paying the extra, but I am in a bind so I need same day pickup!
