New work visa obligations

Hello! My employer says that this year the work z type requires you to stay in the same city you work in. Meaning, if I want to travel I would need to obtain a separate tourist L type. Can anyone confirm that??

I have no idea of that. Based on what I know, once you have a work Z type, you can get a residence permit which will allow you to travel around the whole country. If worried, you can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to confirm that.
