About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Duration of staying and obligation on Chinese territory

Hi, this is Ioana from Romania. If I have a 1 year visa (for business purposes), with multiple entries with 90 days/staying and I live in a rented apartment do I have any obligation? Do I have to register somewhere on Chinese territory like police or office for imigration or something? Thank you in advance.

Ioana, each time you enter China, you should go to the nearby police station within 24 hours for registration.

I want to discuss this with my company and the Chinese company I am visiting constantly. Thank you.

You may be given a warning and a fine of not more than RMB 2,000 yuan may also be imposed.
