About:China Visa Exemption

Stopping in Xian.

I am a Australian & my partner is a New Zealander. Am I correct in saying we will be allowed to stop for 72 hours in Xian without obtaining a visa before arrival.

If you are in transit in Xi'an to a third country (ie Country A-Xi'an-Country B) then you don't need a visa for a stay of 72 hours.
