Considered first time VISA applicant (due to lost passport) but for working (Z) type

Hi, good day! one of the requirement for first time applicant is the bank certificate which I know is if you're going to apply for a tourist (L) type. It's not my first time but a considered one, because my passport was lost. I am going to apply now for a working (Z) type using the new passport -- which will be considered as first time. Do I have also to provide bank certificate and other additional requirements for "first time applicant"? I understand that additional requirement implements only when you apply for L type and not for Z type. Please clarify. Thank you.

Caegan, I don’t think you need to provide the bank certificate if you apply for the work Z type.
