thailand to bejing with stop in kunming

Question

Hey there! We want to make a stop fpr 6 days in Bejing. We are in the moment in Thailand in Chiang Mai. We plan to fly to Bejing from there but not directly, there is a stop at Kunming before. Is the new 6 day transit visa than working with us? will they let us pass to Bejing in Kunming. We fly back to Germany than It is the same airline:China Eastern and the stop in Kunming is for about 2:35 h.

Tobias, no, the 144 hour free transit won’t work for your itinerary if you will also stop in Kunming. You should fly to Beijing directly if you want to use the 144 hour free transit.
