About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

MALAYSIA TO SHANGHAI TO USA (GUAM)

If I fly into Shanghai for the 144 hours Visa can I travel to Xiamen and then back to Shanghai to depart to the USA (GUAM) ?

No. You have to stay in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
