Can I renew my Hong Kong SAR , China passport in San Francisco consulate ?Also, i have a Hong Kong resident card that expires soon, can I renew outside ofHong kong also?Thanks,Maria

Maria, you can renew your passport at the San Francisco consulate. I’m afraid Hong Kong resident card cannot be renewed outside HK. You had better contact with the HK immigration department to confirm that. Hot line: (852) 2824 6111
