Taoyuan Airport to Taipei commute from 1am?

Hi, our arrival in Taoyuan Airport is 1am. What public transport would you advise to us?
I know MRT would not be an option. Are there buses still operating during those time?

You can take bus 1819 to Taipei. The bus is available from 1:30 to 5:40 with an interval of about 1h.
