mail back service for passport & visa

Question

As of 2018, will the Chinese Consulate in Chicago return my passport with a visa by mail? If so what is the method (Federal Express) and the process. JL

Chinese visas cannot be done by mail in the US. It needs to be dropped off and picked up. There are many companies that handle that for an extra fee if you cannot do it in person.
