About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

Did Not recevied my refund yet

I have bought a ticket from Shanghai Station but due to some system error I had to Pay two times for the same ticket. Station staff told me that I will receive my amount within 24 hours on Alipay as my payment mode was Alipay. But today it's been 5 days already and I did not yet received my amount. Please tell me what to do.? When i will be receiving my amount.?

For this problem, you may need to contact the railway company directly. You may try to call them by 12306, but in Chinese only.
