About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm flying from the UK to Japan and i don't need a visa for Japan,

they will stamp my passport at the airport in Japan and thats it, but also if i was to go to Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Korea I don't need a visa before hand since they will stamp my passport at the airport. Can i still do a stopover in Beijing for the 6 days? Even though I have the flights to go to Japan from Beijing.

You don't need to show a visa if you don't need one for your onward flight. UK-Beijing-Japan on non-stop flights is fine.
