I was born March 19, 1980 ...is 2018 be a good year to get a new job and enter a new business

I'm asking this because I'm planing to move to different country and get a new I.T job there and also I'm planning to enter the marketing business as my part time job just to go out of my comfort zone. Is it a good Idea for this coming year?
