About:Harbin Ice Festival

Attractions, Ice and Snow Festival, etc, in Harbin, is there any different rates for Foreigners?

Just checking whether rates are different for Chinese national and foreigners and the foreigners staying in China under resident permits

No, the rates for Chinese and Foreigners are the same.
