About:China Visa

china visit visa for UAE under 18

hi, I am Yasee I live in UAE right now, 16 years old this year, female. I am planning to travel to hon kong and China to learn more china culture
and also practice my Chinese, but I search on google there will be required a visa for UAE Citizens.
May I know is that possible I can apply china visit visa in Hong Kong? And one more thing is I am 16 years old, I want to stay in China for 2 months from Guandong to Chengdu. if I want to travel alone like this , which Document should I prepared and also should I ask my parents write a NOC letter for me, the money i will bring cash and also they have been make a Ali-pay Account for me, all is from they side.
I have been travel before to another country, this is my first time come to China, hope u will reply me, thank you so much for reading.

Dear, you are advised to make the application in your home country rather than HK.
You need to prepare passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, hotel reservation, travel itinerary, round trip air tickets and a consent letter from your parents, as well as other documents required by the consular officers.

If your parents provide the consent letter, I think it is ok.
