About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Citizen of Armenia. Im flying MNL-PEK by Cebu Pacific

Citizen of Armenia. Im flying MNL-PEK by Cebu Pacific. Then have stop in Beijing 5 hours before my flight to OVB (Russia) I need to collect luggage in Beijing airport. Is it ok for 24 TWOV?

Yeah, it is ok for the 24 hour direct transit.

It's ok, but get to NAIA early and be prepared with a print-out of the rules and your onward flight in case Cebu Pacific argue when you check-in. As a point-to-point carrier Cebu Pacific have been known to be difficult in the past. But you should be fine.
