About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

transiting from MNL-PEK-CPN

hi!

I will be having a 12:15hrs layover at PEK Beijing Airport on the way back to Copenhagen. Do I qualify the 24hr TWOV? Can I be allowed to leave the airport and visit the great wall for few hours using this 24hr TWOV?
by the way I am norwegian citizen.

You don't need a visa, bit whether you can leave the airport is up to the immigration officer.
