Travelling to Xinyang Normal University

How can i go from jiangsu normal university to xinyang normal university in Henan province. And how much does it cost?

take a taxi from Jiangsu Normal University to Xuzhou East Railway Station. There you can take a high speed train to Xinyang East within 3-4h. It costs CNY311 for a second class seat and CNY498 for a first class seat. Then catch a taxi to ur destination with CNY30 or so.
