can an agent go to china embassey on my behalf to collect the x1 type for me?secondly my kenya permit is expired and i only have visitors pass in my passport so i doubt if i can get the x1 here with it advice please

Dear, if you want to make the application in Nigeria, you should be in there during the application process. If you live in Kenya now, you can try to make the application from the embassy of China in Kenya.
