About:Marriage Registration in China

Marriage Registration. Hi.. i just married with chinese man at my country.

Do i need to register my marriage in china? How do china government know that my husband already married if we married in malaysia.

Nisha, you can get your marriage certificate attested by the embassy of China in your country. Afterwards, you two can enter China and your husband can go to the police station to change his marital status. In this way, your marriage will be also recognized in China.
