Myself and my girlfriend are renewing our visas - which expire on the 18th February.

Can anyone shed light on how long the entire process takes once you submit the application? We are a little anxious because we have to wait around 2 weeks for her new passport to arrive so she can apply for the new visa with her new passport number - and we are hoping we have everything squared away before 3rd February as her parents are visiting HK and we hope we will not be without our passports for that time. Does anyone know if this will be possible?
