What type of Visa do i need and the requirements?

Hi I'm Mel from Philippines, I have an invitation letter to have a cultural exchange in Wanlin International for a month. Do I really need to present a Bank Certificate and what type do I need to process?

Yes, you need to present the proof of your financial support. You can apply for a business M type for that.
