I’m here in Qatar and I’m holding a philippine passport

Good day! I just want to know the requirements that i need to prepare before my vacation to philippines. I want to apply my visa there. Can I have my bank statement from here in qatar? If yes, how many months do you need for my bank statement? Second question I’m planning to visit shanghai and beijing can you help me what entry should i apply? Coz, im a bit confused about single entry and double entry application. Hope I can get an answer sooner. Thank you and have a wonderful day ahead.
