Regarding My Chinese F Visa

I want to know the requirement of F category, I have already prepare all necessary documents for apply this category , I am just confused regarding the below letter.

Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Entity or Confirmation Letter of Invitation issued by relevant Chinese entities(original).

could you please define what kind of letter it is, is it a letter which certify by any Chinese official or government organization, or received from registered Chinese company, please let me know.

What about china L visa can I apply it individually or must apply with a tourist group?

You should apply for a group tourist L type.
