How to go to hotel from xian airport?

I will arrive airport on 00:35 and how to go to Eastern House Boutique hotel?

I suggest you take shuttle bus Xishaomen Line and get off at the terminal station - Xishaomen Airport Business Hotel. It takes around an hour and costs CNY25. Then catch a taxi to the hotel within 5-8min at a cost of CNY12.
