About:China Visa

My Residence permit

Hi, my company said cancel my work permit, without the original Card, it is possible? And my residence permit, can they cancel it, without my passport? Thanks

The original card is needed when canceling the work permit. However, the passport may not be needed to cancel the residence permit.

They may have already canceled your residence permit. I advise you not to take the risk of continuing to stay and work in China.

Therefore, will my residence permit will still be valid? Can i still use that to stay and work in China? Please answer. Thank you.
