About:China Visa Exemption

An Ethiopian: Bangkok to Guanghzou (12 hrs layover)-Wuhan (stop over)-San Francisco.

Bangkok to Guanghzou (12 hrs layover)-Wuhan (stop over)-San Francisco. Do I need a visa or the 24 Hrs. Free Transit will apply?

You may need to apply for a transit G type for that because the case is little bit different in Guangzhou. When transiting in Guangzhou, you may not be allowed to go to other cities. Many people have encountered problems when doing that.
