About transit visa for a Ethiopian passport holder

I am Ethiopian passport holder and would like to transit in Beijing to Taiwan. Do I need I need to get the transit visa? Thanks

Tad, if your layover in Beijing is not over 24 hours, you can use the 24 hour direct transit there. No need to apply for a transit G type then.
