About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Is it possible to get permanant residence

hi,
i am staying in china for past 8 years (continuously) - with Z visa . I have registered my marriage with a Chinese citizen in December 2017. Am I eligible to apply for permanent residence in this case or should i wait for 5 years to apply for the same?

Hi, after you get married with a Chinese citizen, you should wait for 5 years to apply for the permanent residence statues.
