connection time at beijing airport only 1 hour (air china)

Question

Hi, we will arrive to the Airport on Thu 21 Dec 2017 around the noon, with the connection time being only 1 hour, we will fly to Bangkok with Air China. Is this sufficient? We will be the first time at the Airport - will someone from the airline/airport staff accompany us during the transfer? I have read that 1 hour is extremely tight and we dont want to get lost at the airport. Thank you for your answer!

Don’t worry! Your time is enough, since there is a special elevator for Air China Passengers’ transiting at this airport. The airline staff will guide you for your transfer. Have a nice trip!
