I,m travelling from United arab emirates to manila through entry permit required and through 2 airlines saudiairlines from Dubai to Riyadh then layover 3 hours from Riyadh to Guangzhou then layover almost 14 hours then from there to manila Thanks

You need to call Guangzhou immigration for more information. Right now there's a ban on visa-free transit for a number of nationalities and it's unsure whether Egypt is one of them.
