I have Egyptian passport do I need a transit visa for Guangzhou

I,m travelling from United arab emirates to manila through entry permit required and through 2 airlines saudiairlines from Dubai to Riyadh then layover 3 hours from Riyadh to Guangzhou then layover almost 14 hours then from there to manila
