Ticketing counter for railway train ticket at terminal 3 PEK

Hi,

Is there a ticketing counter at terminal 3 PEK airport selling high speed railway train ticket? If yes, when is their operating hours?

No, there is no railway ticket counter at the airport. Go to a ticket office in downtown, or train stations to get tickets. Otherwise, you may turn to an agency like Travel China Guide.
